1. Services Offered

Purpose and Promise Coaching provides faith-based life coaching services designed to support students and young adults in cultivating Biblical habits, personal growth, and intentional living.

These services include:

1-on-1 coaching sessions
Webinars and workshops

Coaching is not therapy or counseling and should not be considered a substitute for licensed mental health care or professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

18 years or older; or
Under 18 with verifiable parental or guardian consent

By using this site, you confirm that you meet this eligibility.

3. Scheduling & Payments

All coaching sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By purchasing a service, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact and billing information
Pay all fees as listed at the time of purchase
Adhere to the refund and cancellation policies listed below

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for a full reschedule or refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be non-refundable.
No-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to others without your written permission, except when required by law (e.g., harm to self or others, abuse, or court order).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources shared by Purpose and Promise Coaching — including ebooks, worksheets, and recordings — are protected by copyright and are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Coaching results are not guaranteed. Growth depends on your commitment and follow-through.
Purpose and Promise Coaching is not responsible for decisions you make based on coaching conversations.
All advice and strategies are rooted in Christian principles but are not meant to impose religious views.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purpose and Promise Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in coaching or use of the website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the current version.
